Dak Nong spends nearly 69 billion VND to find a contractor to measure land records

    Dak Nong has just approved a plan to select a contractor to measure, prepare boundary documents, cadastral maps, and issue certificates with a total value of nearly 69 billion VND.

    On May 10, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee approved a plan to select contractors to carry out land-related tasks with a total value of nearly 69 billion VND.

    This project includes the preparation of agricultural land use boundary records, measurement, cadastral maps and issuance of land use right certificates.

    Land is granted a certificate of origin from state-owned agricultural and forestry farms.

    This is land currently used by agricultural and forestry companies (not subject to rearrangement according to Decree No. 118/2014/ND-CP), Forest Management Boards, other organizations, households and individuals.

    This project is in phase 2 in Dak Nong province. The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dak Nong province was assigned as the investor.

    The investor is assigned to organize the selection of contractors who meet the capacity, ensure progress and quality of work, and comply with current regulations.

    The Department of Finance will be responsible for the accuracy and legality of the appraisal contents.
