Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan has just signed a Decision on early retirement for Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong, Chairman of Yen Phong District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
The decision clearly states that Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong, Chairman of Yen Phong District People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026, will retire early from January 1, 2025.
Mr. Cuong enjoys policies according to Decree No. 29/2023/ND-CP dated June 3, 2023 of the Government.
It is known that Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong had previously applied for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement of the apparatus and the preparation of local Party congresses at all levels. Mr. Cuong retired about 6 months early.
In addition to the Central Government's policy, Bac Ninh province is currently developing its own mechanism to support and encourage cadres, civil servants and public employees to apply for early retirement to facilitate the implementation of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.
This mechanism will be submitted by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to the People's Council of Bac Ninh province for consideration and decision in the coming time.
