The new inter-agency building in Bac Ninh province has 22 floors above ground and 2 basements, with a total investment of 698 billion VND from the provincial budget, invested by the People's and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board of Bac Giang province (old).
The building was inaugurated on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day on April 30.
Currently, the building is the headquarters of the departments of Science and Technology, Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Construction, with nearly 1,000 cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers (CBCCVCNLD) working here.
At the survey, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan discussed with leaders of the Departments of Science, Technology and Construction about facilities and working conditions; and visited offices, temporary lunch rooms, halls, meeting rooms, common living rooms, etc.
Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan also directly visited and discussed with employees about the advantages and difficulties after the merger of administrative units; working conditions, eating, traveling, etc.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province said that it is expected that in August 2025, the province will complete and implement the bus plan to pick up and drop off employees.
Survey and study the needs to renovate rooms in student housing areas to arrange centralized accommodation for employees who need to stay.
