At the session, delegates listened to the submissions, draft Resolutions, and inspection reports of the Provincial People's Council committees; reviewed and voted to approve 16 resolutions, including:
Resolution on the authority to decide on the liquidation of planted forests owned by the entire people in Bac Ninh province.
Resolution on applying legal documents of the People's Councils of Bac Giang province (old), Bac Ninh province (old) in Bac Ninh province (new) in the financial sector.
Resolution determining the state budget revenue and expenditure estimate for 2025 in Bac Ninh province.
Resolution on the implementation of the 6-month socio-economic development plan, tasks and solutions for implementation in the last 6 months of 2025 in Bac Ninh province.
The Resolution applies Resolution No. 15/2016/NQ-HDND18 dated July 15, 2016 of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province (old) on regulating the level of electricity support for lighting village roads and alleys for villages and neighborhoods in Bac Ninh province (new).
Resolution on applying legal documents in the fields of agriculture and environment issued by the People's Council of Bac Giang province (old) and the People's Council of Bac Ninh province (old) in Bac Ninh province (new).
Resolution on the application of legal documents issued by the People's Council of Bac Giang province (old) and the People's Council of Bac Ninh province (old) in the field of science and technology to be implemented in the province of Bac Ninh (new).

Speaking at the closing session, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province Nguyen Viet Oanh emphasized: The session passed a Resolution on the implementation of the 6-month socio-economic development plan, tasks and solutions for implementation in the last 6 months of 2025.
Delegates agreed to note that in the context of many difficulties in the world and in the country, the province has effectively implemented the arrangement of the apparatus, deployed a two-level local government model and determined to carry out socio-economic development tasks. The Provincial People's Council acknowledged the quite comprehensive results and achievements in all fields.
Striving to achieve the growth target (GRDP) of 11.29% in 2025 is still facing many challenges.
The People's Council of Bac Ninh province requests the Provincial People's Committee and all levels and sectors to urgently specify 9 groups of tasks and solutions that the Provincial People's Council has approved at this session into clear and drastic actions; closely follow, inspect, evaluate monthly progress, promptly adjust, ensure the highest completion of the set targets.
