According to Mr. Son, after fixing the incident, more than 200 sets of documents for exchanging a license according to the new law left before Tet, along with 113 dossiers of changing online lost in the number of digital environments have also been found and basically basic Complete handling and returning results to people.

Previously, laborers informed and implemented the Law on Road Traffic Safety, from January 2, 2025, the Department of Transport of Ha Tinh organized a dossier to issue a license to change the license according to the new law.
However, the process of implementation is difficult due to the error of operating software system. This is the general situation of many Departments of Transport across the country.
The incident, after receiving 1,085 direct records and 341 total online records (level 4) but the Department of Transport of Ha Tinh only paid 701 GPLX directly and 83 GPLX online changed online.
With hundreds of documents slowed down, returning results makes people angry. Facing that situation, Ha Tinh Department of Transport reported to the Vietnam Road Administration to fix software errors.
While waiting for overcoming, the Department of Transport of Ha Tinh asked the Ministry of Transport and the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province to allow stopping the exchange of driving license from January 22 until the software was completed.
For the receiving driving license, the error is not printed properly, it is recommended that the Ministry of Public Security allows people to use an appointment to use the same as the GPLX until the software can be fixed and printed with a license.
