In October 2025, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution on deciding on the number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in public service units, along with the target of professional and technical labor contracts in the field of education and training of group 4 in the province in 2025.
Previously, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee submitted a document to the Provincial People's Council on the above content.
According to the submission of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, in 2025, the total number of people working with salaries from the state budget in public service units under the Khanh Hoa provincial local government sector will be 31,653 people.
Of which, the education and training sector accounts for the largest proportion with 25,592 positions, followed by the health sector with 3,950 positions, the culture - sports sector with 665 positions, and other public service units with 1,139 positions.
In the group of "other enterprises", there are 201 people from units under the Provincial People's Committee and 938 people from units under the professional agencies of the Provincial People's Committee.
For Ninh Thuan Radio and Television Station (73 positions), Provincial Youth Union (4 positions) and Ninh Thuan Provincial Children's House (4 positions) - these units have been rearranged and reorganized into new units, so the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province proposed to convert the number of positions to the target of regulation and supplementation.
Similarly, 16 positions assigned to mass associations assigned by the Party and the State are also proposed to be transferred to additional and regulating targets, because there are currently no specific regulations on assigning positions to associations, ensuring consistency across the province.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee proposed to assign 33 labor contract targets in group 4 public service units in the field of education and training for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
This figure does not exceed 70% of the difference between the number of assigned employees for the 2023 - 2024 school year (including assigned and supplemented positions) and the number according to the prescribed norms, while remaining unchanged compared to the number of contracts temporarily approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 22/NQ-HDND dated March 28, 2025.
