In a solemn atmosphere and high determination, the Emulation Clusters under the City Police organized the signing of the emulation agreement.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trang - Deputy Director of Can Tho City Police emphasized that in the last days of the year, the entire City Police force needs to continue to strive to successfully implement the work targets in 2025, creating a solid foundation for the tasks in 2026.
The Deputy Director of Can Tho City Police stated that the "third-place" emulation movement is not only an emulation activity but also a leadership method of the Party within the People's Public Security, an important measure of the quality of the "For National Security" and "All People protect National Security" movements, contributing to building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern City Police force.
