On June 23, Hanoi City Police received a letter of commendation from the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to commend the outstanding achievements of the City Police in successfully solving the case with 6 crimes occurring at the Central Institute of Forensic Psychiatry and Thanh Hoa province.
The letter of commendation of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security stated that in recent times, Hanoi City Police have coordinated with professional units of the Ministry of Public Security to synchronously and drastically deploy working measures, successfully fighting to destroy a group of criminals who took advantage of their positions while performing official duties, gave bribes, and received bribes to conclude that forensic psychiatric examination was not in accordance with their medical conditions, helping subjects subject to compulsory mental health treatment and escape from treatment to commit other crimes, arrested and prosecuted 38 subjects, including a number of leaders and officers of the Central Institute of Forensic Psychiatry, and seized many documents and evidence of the case.
This is an excellent achievement, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility and intelligence, sharpness in the profession of Hanoi City Police.
