Ha Tinh Provincial Police receive new tasks

    Ha Tinh - After completing the receipt procedures, from March 1, the Provincial Police will officially operate new tasks transferred from other departments and branches.

    On February 28, the Ha Tinh Department of Transport organized the handover of state management of testing and issuance, and exchange of driving licenses to the Ha Tinh Provincial Police.

    On the same day, Ha Tinh Provincial Police also received the function and task of state management of drug addiction treatment and post-rehabilitation management from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

    Previously, on February 27, the Ha Tinh Department of Justice also transferred the task of state management of criminal records and public services for issuing Judicial Records to the Provincial Police to comply with regulations.

    The functions and tasks transferred from the above departments will be implemented by Ha Tinh Provincial Police starting from March 1, 2025.

    On February 28, Ha Tinh Provincial Police also announced decisions on reorganizing the apparatus, ending the operation of 12 district-level police units and decisions on related personnel work after streamlining the apparatus.
