    At the ceremony, Ha Tinh Provincial Police announced decisions on waiting leave to receive pension benefits for Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thanh Huyen - Head of the Provincial Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Phan To Hai - Deputy Chief of Vu Quang District Police and Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dang Cuong - Deputy Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police.

    Announcing decisions on the mobilization and arrangement of leaders at the department and district police levels for 69 comrades.

    Implementing the direction of the central government and the Ministry of Public Security on streamlining the organizational apparatus, eliminating intermediate levels, not organizing district-level police and receiving 4 new tasks from departments and branches.

    Currently, Ha Tinh Provincial Police have completed the organizational arrangement in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Public Security.

    After the arrangement, Ha Tinh Provincial Police reduced 12 police units at district, city and town levels; reduced 86 team-level units, and established 6 new working teams.
