The ceremony was attended by Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Chu The Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Muong Xen Commune Party Committee and leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors and localities.
According to Decision No. 3958/QD-UBND dated December 5, 2025, the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee transferred and appointed Mr. Vu Tuan Dung - Party Secretary, Chairman of Hop Minh Commune People's Council - to hold the position of Chief Inspector of Nghe An Province, for a term of 5 years.
At the ceremony, Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province - presented the Decision, presented congratulatory flowers and assigned tasks to the new Chief Inspector of the province.
Mr. Vu Tuan Dung was born in 1976, hometown of Ha Nam province (now Ninh Binh province); has a Master's degree in Architecture and a high level of political theory.
He has worked at the Nghe An Department of Construction since 2002, holding the following positions: Deputy Director of the Provincial Institute of Architectural Planning; Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai Town; Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; Deputy Secretary of the Yen Thanh District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Thanh District.
This transfer and appointment aims to concretize Conclusion No. 201-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the requirement to complete the arrangement of the positions of Chairman of the People's Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee and Chief Inspector of a province that are not local people before December 15, 2025.
