On December 6, according to information from Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 268-QD/TU to mobilize, assign and appoint Mr. Chu The Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chief Inspector of the province - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Muong Xen Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
According to the decision, Mr. Chu The Huyen will hand over work at the Provincial Inspectorate and take on a new assignment from December 9, 2025. Relevant regimes are implemented according to current regulations.
Mr. Huyen was transferred to replace Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Muong Xen Commune Party Committee, who has just been transferred and appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association.

Mr. Chu The Huyen was born in 1976, from Hung Chau commune, Nghe An. He has a Master's degree in Law and a Senior degree in political theory. He has held the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Chau District, Secretary of the Dien Chau District Party Committee (Nghe An). From 2020 to present, he has held the position of Chief Inspector of Nghe An province before being appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of Muong Xen commune.
The decision to transfer shows a breakthrough in Nghe An's personnel work, when boldly bringing officers with expertise and extensive practical experience to the border area. Muong Xen is a newly merged administrative unit, requiring the consolidation of the Party organization and the government.
Muong Xen is a commune in the mountainous region of the western part of Nghe An province, about 300km from the provincial administrative center, merged from 3 administrative units: Muong Xen town, Ta Ca commune and Tay Son commune of Ky Son district (old), with an area of 182.49 km2, population of over 10,444 people and 6.653 km of border bordering Nonghet district, Xieng Khoang province, Lao PDR.
