At the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Hoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement (Ministry of Justice) - announced the decision to establish the An Giang Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency.
An Giang Provincial administrative reform is organized on the basis of rearranging the administrative reform agencies of the two provinces of An Giang and Kien Giang before the merger, to suit the new administrative organization.
According to the decision, the An Giang Provincial General Confederation of Labor is an agency with legal status, its own seal in the form of a national emblem, account at the State Treasury and commercial banks; headquartered in An Giang province and fully performing the functions and tasks according to the provisions of law, including the General Confederation of Labor, monitoring the execution of administrative judgments, organizing the management of cadres, finance, facilities and other tasks according to the decentralization of the Minister of Justice.
The organizational structure of the provincial administrative procedure consists of 5 specialized departments: Department of Professional Affairs and administrative procedure organization; Department of Inspection, Complaints and denunciations settlement; Department of Organization and Personnel; Department of Finance - Accounting; Office. In addition, there are 15 regional administrative procedures departments responsible for organizing the enforcement of judgments and monitoring administrative judgments in specific areas of the province.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Ministry of Justice and An Giang province also presented 66 decisions to appoint officials to leadership positions at the department level, affiliated departments and regional THADS Departments.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Ngoc emphasized that reorganizing the administrative procedure system is an inevitable step after implementing the policy of arranging provincial-level administrative units, specifically merging Kien Giang province and An Giang province. This is an event of historical significance, not only in terms of administration and organization but also poses new requirements in state management and law enforcement, especially in the field of civil judgment and order.
According to Head of the An Giang Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency Nguyen Van Vu, the new civil judgment enforcement system of An Giang province has a large management area and a large workload, while some execution offices still lack conditions for headquarters and human resources. Therefore, it is recommended that leaders and the regional THADS Departments proactively coordinate closely, quickly catch up with the work, do not interrupt the execution of judgments, and at the same time promote digital transformation, apply information technology in management and operation.
The representative of the An Giang Provincial THADS leadership also pledged to make the highest efforts to fully and seriously implement the instructions of the Ministry of Justice and localities; at the same time, expressed his desire to continue receiving attention and support from the Central Government and the province so that the THADS system can operate stably and effectively, serving people and businesses well.
