On August 30, Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward Police (Lam Dong) coordinated with relevant agencies to investigate and clarify the case of 2 environmental sanitation workers being assaulted by a group of 4 women, and had to be hospitalized for emergency care.
According to initial information, at 4:15 p.m. on August 28, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Chi and Mr. Huynh Van Cuong, environmental sanitation workers of Da Lat Urban Services Joint Stock Company, came to collect garbage at the Mac Dinh Chi - Ba Thang Hai intersection on duty.
While the two workers were collecting garbage, a woman riding a motorbike arrived and caused a stir and controversy. The motorcyclist called 3 other women to the scene and the group used helmets and stiff objects to hit the head, face and chest of the 2 workers, causing injuries.
After the incident, 4 women left the scene, 2 workers had to be hospitalized in a state of multiple injuries.
It is known that the 4 women who assaulted 2 environmental sanitation workers were invited by the authorities to work, take statements, and serve the investigation.
