At about 5 pm on February 13, at Km62, National Highway 70, in Bao Ai commune, during the performance of patrol and control duties, a task force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5, Traffic Police Department of Lao Cai Provincial Police received a report from people requesting support.
According to the presentation, at the family of Mr. Ban Van Nam (born 1998, residing in Ngoi Thiu village, Phuc Loi commune, Lao Cai province), baby Ban Nguyen Thu Phuong (born 2024, Mr. Nam's daughter), fell from the 2nd floor of the stilt house to the concrete foundation, her health condition is critical, possibly directly threatening her life.

In a moment of panic and extreme anxiety, the child's relatives came to the traffic police force on duty with the desire to receive the fastest support.
Recognizing the emergency situation, the Task Force quickly reported to the commander of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5, and at the same time used a public vehicle to take the baby and his family to General Hospital No. 1 of Lao Cai province.

On the way, officers and soldiers both urgently ensured traffic safety and proactively contacted the hospital in advance to prepare for emergency reception.
Thanks to the timely and responsible support of the Traffic Police force and the coordination of the medical team, the baby was received, examined and quickly rescued.
