At about 11:20 am on February 13, 2026, Captain Linh Quoc Tuan - officer of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 (Traffic Police Department) was on duty commanding and controlling traffic in the Co Linh - Thach Ban intersection area when he received a request for support from a driver of a car with license plate 89A-302. 95. This person said that he was taking a family member suspected of having acute appendicitis, in a state of fatigue, cramps, and needing emergency care at Xanh Pon Hospital. However, due to the high density of vehicles and long travel distance, traffic was difficult.
Realizing that this was an acute medical situation that could develop dangerously, Captain Tuan quickly exchanged and guided the family to change direction to take the patient to Central Military Hospital 108, the nearest medical facility, ensuring timely emergency reception.
Immediately after agreeing on the route, Captain Linh Quoc Tuan used a specialized motorbike to open the way, leading the car carrying the patient to move safely through traffic-intensive routes during peak hours.

At about 11:30 am on the same day, patient Nguyen Doan Vinh A (born in 2007, residing in Hung Yen province) was brought to the Emergency Department - Central Military Hospital 108 during the "golden time", was received by doctors and treated promptly. The patient's family expressed their emotion and sent their deep thanks to the traffic police officers for their dedicated support during the emergency.
