The Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City said that over the past time, there have been offensive images, worthy of condemnation of some individuals when inhaling a single bar in the hand holding in the Metro train number 1, despite the discomfort and inconvenience of others and potentially dangerous to themselves and passengers around them.
As the incident occurred around 17h10 on 12.3, on the No. 1 Metro train from the city theater station (District 1) to Binh Thai Station (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City), a man wobbled on his hand and the iron bars on the train to carry out the single bar, though surrounded by many passengers reminded and reacted.
After that, passengers took photos and notified the security staff; However, this object got off the train before the security staff approached.
Conducting verification, the police identified the above -mentioned passengers as N.V.T.T (born in 1989, living in Thu Duc City), currently residing abroad.
The PC08 room confirmed that N.V.T.T's action of hanging the body on the bar along the ceiling of the wagon of Metro line No. 1 when the ship is operating is the act of "causing public disorder".
The above behavior is intentionally causing instability, organization and discipline in public places, adversely affecting social security, order and safety. However, after performing the above act, Mr. T left Vietnam abroad, so the police agency could not work with Mr. T. in the coming time, when this person entered Vietnam, the police force will invite to work to handle in accordance with the law.
According to PC08 room, the act of inhaling a single bar on the Metro ship can lead to loss of balance, falling, causing injury to the person who performed and collided with the next passengers; In case of folding brake vessels, the risk of accidents increases. This is a lack of awareness, causing disorder, public traffic safety.
Besides, the ship compartment is a public space, all the actions of individuals need to respect those around them.
