On July 25, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Tien Thang commune, the Hanoi People's Council Delegation - Election unit No. 22 held a meeting with voters of the communes: Tien Thang, Yen Lang, Quang Minh, Me Linh after the 25th session of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, 2021-2026.
On behalf of the Hanoi People's Council Delegation, Chairman of Phu Thai Group, General Director of Phu Thai Group Joint Stock Company Pham Dinh Doan reported to voters of Me Linh district about the results of the 25th session of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, 2021-2026; informed voters of the communes about the opinions of voters of the city sent to the City People's Council during the meeting before the 25th session of the City People's Council.
At the conference, 100% of delegates representing voters of Tien Thang, Quang Minh, Me Linh communes and Yen Lang commune agreed and highly agreed with the results of the 25th session of the City People's Council. Voters all have a high consensus on the implementation of the two-level local government model from July 1.
This not only helps streamline the apparatus, but also selects cadres with enough capacity and real qualities to shoulder the management and operation of each unit after the reorganization.
Voters and people believe and hope that the implementation of the resolution of the 9th session of the National Assembly will bring many clear changes to the national budget, people's livelihood and local government at both levels, truly satisfying the people.
Voters also expressed their joy that people are able to handle many administrative procedures right in the commune, instead of having to move to the district as before. However, voters pointed out that in reality, due to the limited IT proficiency of many people, the interface requires entering many information fields, so there are still difficulties in logging in.
Therefore, voters recommend that the competent authority design a software interface to solve administrative procedures more simply, friendlier, and smarter to unleash the labor of officers and civil servants who receive the solution as well as help people access and understand it most easily, and implement it most conveniently.
At the meeting, voters of the communes proposed a number of issues on social security, environmental sanitation, as well as restoration and construction of public works in the area, and compensation and site clearance for the construction of the former Ring Road 4 in the Capital region in Me Linh district.
