At the conference, voters were introduced to the biographies and action programs of 5 candidates: Ms. Pham Thi Hong Yen - Member who is a National Assembly Deputy working full-time at the Economic and Finance Committee of the National Assembly; Colonel Huynh Ngoc Liem - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police; Mr. Le Nguyen Thao - Chief of Office of Phan Thiet Bishopric; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong - Head of Internal Medicine - Pediatrics - Infectious Diseases Department, Dak Mil Regional Medical Center; Ms. Le Thi Kieu Oanh - Teacher of Tran Hung Dao High School for the Gifted.
In the presentation on the action program, candidates focused on building and perfecting the legal system; participating in deciding on important issues of the country; promoting socio-economic development associated with ensuring national defense and security; and paying attention to people's lives.

The discussion session recorded many frank opinions related to the security and order situation, especially cybercrime.
Voter Nguyen Van Man (Phu Thuy ward) said that the situation of online fraud is becoming complicated, and the tricks are increasingly sophisticated. Mr. Man hopes that Colonel Huynh Ngoc Liem, if elected, will have recommendations and stronger solutions to prevent this type of crime. According to Mr. Man, this is an issue that directly affects people's lives, causing public outrage.

Voter La Van Hai (Phu Thuy ward) highly appreciated the efforts of functional forces in maintaining security and order in the past time. However, he proposed that levels and sectors continue to strengthen network security work; promote propaganda and guidance on risk identification skills in the digital environment; strictly handle subjects taking advantage of high technology to infringe upon the property, honor, and reputation of organizations and individuals.
Exchanging at the meeting, candidate Huynh Ngoc Liem said that voters' opinions originated from practical requirements, accurately reflecting current issues.

Mr. Liem affirmed that issues related to security, order and cybercrime are tasks that must be focused on solving. In 2025, the Provincial Police discovered and handled 119 cases of violations in cyberspace, prosecuting many subjects. At the same time, strengthening solutions to prevent and combat crimes using high technology.
Regarding cybercrime with foreign elements; taking advantage of artificial intelligence to violate the law, Mr. Liem said that it is necessary to continue to review and improve the legal system, strengthen international cooperation to improve the effectiveness of prevention and handling.
Candidate Huynh Ngoc Liem committed that if he is trusted by voters to be elected as a National Assembly Deputy, he will study, advise, and propose appropriate solutions to gradually handle issues related to network security and social order.
In addition to the content on network security, voters also requested candidates when elected to promote the role of bridge between localities and the National Assembly, Government and central ministries and sectors; ensuring that people's recommendations are fully reflected.
