On January 6, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters received reflections from many people in the area of Bao Loc City (old) about Gas Station 919 (Que Anh Private Enterprise) not accepting transfers for motorbike customers.

After receiving the information, reporters were present at a gas station located on Tran Phu street (National Highway 20), in B'Lao ward (Lam Dong), to investigate the incident.
At the time of recording, the store had 2 employees serving customers. However, some motorcyclists after stopping and opening the trunk had to leave because they did not bring cash and were not accepted for the form of transfer.

Records show that at the pumping pole and on-duty area of employees, there is a notice "No transfer for motorbikes accepted".
According to Mr. H. (resident of Da Huoai 3 commune, Lam Dong), in the morning of the same day, he drove a motorbike nearly 40km to Bao Loc to solve work, but because he was in a hurry, he forgot to bring cash.
When he went to refuel at store 919 and requested payment by bank transfer, he was not accepted.

Similarly, Ms. N.T.A (resident of Ward 3, Bao Loc) recounted: "The car was about to run out of gas, when the staff said they did not accept the transfer, I was very surprised and upset. Luckily, there was still 50,000 VND in cash, if not by hand. In my opinion, the fact that the gas station did not accept the transfer for motorcyclists is inappropriate, functional agencies need to check and rectify to create convenience for people.

Talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Dao Nam Anh - Head of Gas Station 919 - confirmed that he did not accept transfers for motorbike customers.
According to Mr. Nam Anh, this is a regulation applied by the store itself to overcome difficulties in the operation process. The store operates 24/24 hours, with a large number of customers, but each shift has only 2 employees.

Previously, the store still received transfers for motorbike customers, but there was a situation where customers transferred money but the money did not go into the account, causing employees to compensate for the money themselves when closing shifts.
To ensure safety for employees, convenience in revenue management and risk prevention, the store is forced to temporarily refuse to accept transfers for motorbike customers. We hope people will sympathize," Mr. Nam Anh said.
Regarding the incident, a representative of Market Management Team No. 3 (Lam Dong Market Management Sub-Department) said that they will conduct inspections and handle cases if they detect gas station 919 violating related regulations.
