On June 2, the People's Committee of Quang Khe commune (Lam Dong) organized coercion to implement remedial measures in the field of land for cases where violators could not be identified in plot 1, sub-zone 1791, belonging to Bon Phi Mur.
The coercion was implemented in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring safety for people and vehicles and maintaining security and order in the area of implementation.
As a result, functional forces cleared and uprooted all illegal crops at 11 violating locations, restoring the status quo of more than 7.3ha of forestry land in plot 1, sub-zone 1791.
After coercion, the land area has been handed over to Truong Thanh Forest Planting Joint Stock Company for management, protection and replanting according to regulations.
Quang Khe Commune People's Committee requests businesses to urgently deploy afforestation on the assigned area; strengthen management and protection of forests and coordinate with functional forces to patrol and inspect in order to prevent the situation of re-encroachment on forestry land.
The locality also emphasized that if forest planting is delayed or there is a situation of re-encroachment on the assigned management area, the unit will be responsible according to the provisions of law.
