On September 21, Nghia Lo Ward Police (Quang Ngai) promptly rescued a female student who jumped off Tra Khuc 2 bridge to commit suicide due to a school conflict.
At about 12:40 pm on the same day, the on-duty police of Nghia Lo Ward received an urgent report from people about a female student appearing in the Tra Khuc 2 bridge area showing signs of psychological instability and suddenly throwing herself into the fast-flowing river.
Immediately upon receiving the news, Nghia Lo Ward Police immediately deployed forces and rescue vehicles, quickly approaching the scene. Using professional measures, officers and soldiers coordinated with local people to promptly rescue and bring the victim ashore safely, then take him back to his family. The victim was identified as H.T. P (currently in 9th grade, in Tho Phong commune, Quang Ngai).
After the female student's health stabilized, Nghia Lo Ward Police coordinated with her family and school to stay behind to encourage and reassure her spirit, helping her overcome the psychological crisis.
At the same time, the police force worked with the school board where he studied and related parties to clarify the act of school violence, and strictly handle it according to the provisions of law to ensure a safe educational environment.
