According to Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh, the general spirit is that all people living in the area, including both permanent and temporary residents, are allowed to participate in the election.
In fact, there are many people from other places living in residential areas. If these people wish to vote in their current residence, the locality will create conditions to put their names on the voter list according to regulations" - Ms. Thanh said.
