On November 21, the People's Committee of An Hai Ward issued Notice No. 203/TB-UBND on the termination of temporary parking activities under Tran Thi Ly Bridge, requesting Mr. L.V.H. "the unit that is keeping the vehicle" seriously dismantling and handing over the site in accordance with regulations.
According to the announcement, the termination of operations is carried out on the basis of the direction of the People's Committee of Da Nang City and the Department of Construction on dismantling temporary parking lots under the bridge.
The People's Committee of An Hai Ward said that from September 9, October 3, and October 15, 2025, the ward has worked and notified Mr. L.V.H. Urgently dismantle and move all items of the parking lot and vehicles, and hand over the site under Tran Thi Ly bridge to the Department of Construction for management. However, up to now, Mr. Hoa has not yet dismantled and handed over.
The Ward People's Committee requested to stop all vehicle parking activities from November 22, 2025; stop all vehicle exploitation and parking activities at the temporary parking lot under Tran Thi Ly bridge.
The Ward People's Committee requested Mr. H. to notify the owners of the vehicles that are sending the vehicles to receive the vehicles back; at the same time, dismantle and relocate all auxiliary items and personal assets from the bridge underpass area and hand over the clean site to the authorities.
Mr. L.V.H. be fully responsible before the law if there are fire and explosion incidents, insecurity of works or other problems arising from delays in dismantling, relocating and handing over the site.
Regarding the old contract, problems related to the Auction Asset Purchase Contract No. 06/24/HD-MBTSG between Mr. H. and the Center for Culture - Information and Sports of Son Tra District, requested him to work directly with the authorities to resolve them according to current regulations.
The People's Committee of An Hai Ward requested Mr. L.V.H. strictly comply with to ensure compliance with the prescribed time and content.
According to the reporter's investigation, the temporary parking lot under Tran Thi Ly bridge was auctioned by the People's Committee of Son Tra district (old) in 2024. Mr. L.V.H. won the auction with an amount of more than 1.2 billion VND, with a term of use of 54 months (from July 1, 2024 to the end of December, 2024).
At that time, a pilot parking lot was organized to connect with the night tourist area on Nguyen Van Troi bridge and the east bank park of this bridge.
However, from September 2025, the authorities determined that this parking lot must be dismantled and relocated to ensure the safety of Tran Thi Ly Bridge.
