Da Nang City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1944/QD-UBND on leasing land to Da Nang City Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion Center in Cam Le ward for management and business of technical infrastructure of Cam Le Industrial Cluster.

According to the decision, the City Trade Promotion and Trade Promotion Center is allowed to lease a land plot with a total area of 289,033.3 m2 at land plot No. 01, map sheet No. 132, Cam Le ward.
In which, the area of industrial land is 156,067.1 m2; the area of shared technical infrastructure land is more than 132,966m2, including isolation green trees, landscape green trees, wastewater treatment land, traffic and yards.
The purpose of use is industrial cluster land with a lease term until January 23, 2075. The form of land lease is one-time payment for the entire lease term and is fully exempt from land rent.
The lease is carried out without auctioning land use rights and without bidding to select investors.
Regarding the organization of implementation, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to determine landmarks and hand over land on the ground to the Da Nang City Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion Center.
Direct the City Land Registration Office to prepare procedures for issuing Land Use Right Certificates, adjust cadastral records, update land databases and award Land Use Right Certificates to the Da Nang City Trade Promotion and Trade Promotion Center in accordance with regulations.
Da Nang City Tax Department determines fees and charges according to the provisions of law (if any) and notifies the land lessee.
The People's Committee of Cam Le ward regularly inspects the land use of the Da Nang City Trade Promotion and Industrial Promotion Center to ensure that the land is used for the right purpose, in the right location, the land area is leased, built in accordance with the approved detailed plan, and the investment project is approved by competent authorities.
The Da Nang City Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion Center is responsible for fully fulfilling financial obligations, completing relevant legal procedures and using land for the right purpose, ensuring efficiency, economy, associated with environmental protection and urban aesthetics.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces previous decisions related to land lease and land lease form conversion at Cam Le Industrial Cluster.
