Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City - Mr. Ho Ky Minh has just signed Official Letter No. 3730/UBND-KT requesting departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts to fully and promptly pay the regimes and policies to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the process of restructuring the apparatus of the political system.
The payment must comply with the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 of the Government. The City People's Committee requires absolutely no delays due to subjective reasons in organizing implementation.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with agencies, units and localities to promptly advise the City People's Committee to ensure funding sources to implement the payment of regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
In case of difficulties in funding sources, the Department of Finance is responsible for synthesizing and reporting to the City People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Finance to submit to competent authorities for consideration and supplementation of support from the central budget.
