On September 22, the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced that the time to vote for typical rural industrial products at the city level will take place from October 1, 2025 to December 5, 2025.
The products participating in the voting must meet the following regulations: Be a product or a set of products; Be an industrial product, a handicraft product invested in and produced by the rural industrial facility itself and registered to participate in the voting;
Not violating regulations on intellectual property rights, industrial property rights and other relevant regulations on standards and regulations on quality, labor safety, occupational hygiene, food safety and environmental protection; capable of mass production, in large quantities, not exclusive products, meeting market demand.
The products participating in the voting are divided into the following groups: Group of handicraft products; Group of agricultural, forestry, fishery and food processing products; Group of products on equipment, machinery, tools and mechanical spare parts; Group of other products.
According to the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the voting is to discover and honor rural industrial - handicraft products with quality, use value, potential for production development, market expansion, meeting consumer tastes to have a plan to support production development and trade promotion.
At the same time, encourage and motivate businesses, rural industrial production facilities in general and units with products to be voted more actively in maintaining production and developing high-quality products with potential advantages of the locality, contributing to promoting the development of rural industry.
Notably, the products voted as typical rural industrial products of the city in 2025 will participate in the Central - Central Highlands region vote in 2026.
