On August 11, Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Dai Quang Minh Company) has just sent an official dispatch to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province approving the investor to prepare a proposal for the project to build a connecting road from Dong Xoai to Ring Road 4 via Provincial Road 753, Ma Da Bridge and the road connecting Ma Da Bridge to Ring Road 4 - Ho Chi Minh City under the public-private partnership method (in the form of BT contract).
The above project has a preliminary total investment of more than VND 22,600 billion in phase 1 of the project.
In the research plan, Dai Quang Minh Company plans to divide the project into 3 component projects, including:
Component project 1.1, construction of a overpass through Dong Nai Nature - Cultural Reserve (about 13 km long, starting point connecting Ma Da bridge, Tri An commune; ending point intersecting with provincial road 761, Tri An commune);
Component project 1.2, construction of a connecting road from the overpass to Ring Road 4 - Ho Chi Minh City (about 31.5 km long, starting point connecting with Component Project 1.1, Tri An commune; ending point at the intersection of Ring Road 4 - Ho Chi Minh City, Tan An commune);
Component project 1.3, upgrading and expanding provincial road 753 (about 16.7 km long, starting point at the intersection with Dong Phu - Binh Duong road, Tan Loi commune; ending point connecting Ma Da bridge).
Dai Quang Minh Company proposed to invest in the construction of Component Project 1.1 of the project under the public-private partnership method ( BT contract form).
