Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Heads of Departments, branches, sectors and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to focus on completing the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures.
Departments, branches and sectors are required to strengthen inspection, guidance and promptly handle difficulties and problems. Especially the bottlenecks and bottlenecks in the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures in the field and scope of management.

Mr. Pham Van Trong - Deputy Director of Ea Sup Commune Public Administration Center - said: "The commune has an area of up to 41,532.23 hectares, including 46 villages, hamlets, and residential groups with more than 30,000 people.
Since July 1, the Commune Public Administration Center has been operating relatively stably. In the first phase, the number of records handling administrative procedures at the center is very large.
According to Mr. Trong, at the beginning of the new school year, the number of records related to the fields of justice and civil status increased. The staff and civil servants at the center work hard every day but sometimes they cannot process all the outstanding documents.
"The leaders of the People's Committee of the commune as well as the leaders of the center have directed cadres and civil servants to pay close attention, even though it is difficult and arduous, when welcoming and instructing people on administrative procedures. In particular, cadres and civil servants must be proactive, pay attention to their speech, be polite, and moderate when instructing people," Mr. Trong added.
The Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to review, arrange specialized personnel and mobilize cadres and civil servants from specialized departments to work at the Commune-level Public Administration Service Centers.
Thereby, guiding, receiving, and handling administrative procedures for people and businesses effectively and smoothly, avoiding local congestion.
