On November 6, the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command said that the unit had mobilized 3,867 officers and soldiers along with 34 cars, 60 special vehicles and 34 canoes to support the response to storm No. 13 in 18 communes and wards in coastal areas and adjacent areas.
In addition to the above force, the unit is also ready to mobilize 3,240 more officers, 35 cars, 11 special vehicles and 47 canoes in remote inland areas when required.

The Provincial Border Guard Command has evacuated 205 households with 667 people from areas at risk of dangerous landslides.
At Hoa Hiep Nam Border Guard Station, the authorities have prepared enough clean water, blankets, instant noodles and essential necessities to welcome people to take shelter from the storm.
By the evening of the same day, the unit had received 5 households with 8 people, mainly the elderly, women and children living in vulnerable coastal areas.

At Xuan Hoa Border Guard Station, the border guards organized to ensure safe storm shelter for 19 households with 44 people. The shelter area is fully equipped with lighting, domestic water and essential conditions to serve temporary life.
At Xuan Dai Border Guard Station alone, the unit coordinated with the Volunteer Association of Dam Dom Phu Yen to present 60 gifts of food and essential items to support people at 3 storm shelters in Xuan Dai ward and Song Cau ward.

Mr. Ta Anh Tuan - Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee - requested localities to absolutely not be subjective, continue to review and synchronously deploy disaster prevention and control plans according to the "four on-site" motto. In particular, putting the safety of people's lives first.
All preparations, on-duty and evacuation of people must be completed before the storm hits the shore, ensuring readiness to respond to all situations, minimizing damage caused by the storm.
