Creating the best learning conditions for students in border areas

In the 2026-2027 school year, 4 inter-level boarding schools in the border region in Dak Lak, including Buon Don, Ea Rok, Ia Rve and Ia Lop, are expected to receive more than 4,700 students. Of which, about 1,200 students stay in boarding.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Chairman of Ia Rve Commune People's Committee said that Ia Rve Inter-level Boarding School is being urgently completed by the investor to be handed over to the locality. In the new school year, the school is assigned 77 staff positions, basically meeting the requirements of organizing teaching and not worrying about teacher shortages.

Up to now, Ia Rve commune has statistically recorded about 1,000 students registered to study at the school. However, this number may continue to change in the coming days.

According to Mr. Hoa, Ia Rve commune has an area of 217.83 km2, more than 6,700 people, mainly ethnic minorities, living in 12 villages. For students living far away, the boarding model will help reduce travel difficulties, create conditions for them to study and live stably, and limit dropouts due to economic and geographical conditions.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested investors, construction units and localities to focus maximum manpower and resources, complete the project on schedule, ensure acceptance and handover before the new school year.

The Provincial Party Secretary noted that the projects must be completed synchronously, from facilities, landscapes, green trees to amusement parks, experimental areas; and at the same time ensure quality and technical safety before putting them into use.
