The arrangement helps reduce from 14 to 5 school focal points, corresponding to a reduction of 64.3% in the number of management units, ensuring the requirements of streamlining according to the city's plan; and at the same time creating conditions for effective use of resources, promoting digital transformation and improving the quality of education.

For secondary schools, the ward decided to maintain the status quo of two traditional schools, Ngo Si Lien Secondary School (55 classes, 2,710 students at 27-29 Ham Long street) and Trung Vuong Secondary School (56 classes, 2,550 students at 26 Hang Bai street).
The reason for maintaining it is that both units fully meet the criteria for scale, teaching quality and infrastructure.
For primary schools, the locality merges Quang Trung Primary School and Vo Thi Sau Primary School into a single unit named Quang Trung Primary School. This new unit is headquartered at No. 39 Quang Trung Street and maintains auxiliary school sites at No. 13 Phan Huy Chu Street, No. 36A Tran Hung Dao Street and No. 43F-47C Ngo Quyen Street. In Khuong Dinh ward, 15 existing public schools have been rearranged and reorganized to 7 schools, including 2 kindergartens, 3 primary schools and 2 secondary schools, reducing 8 management focal points, corresponding to a reduction rate of 53.33%.
Kindergarten block: Establish Khuong Dinh Kindergarten on the basis of merging Khuong Dinh, Anh Duong, Khuong Trung and Thang Long kindergartens; establish Son Ca Kindergarten on the basis of merging Son Ca, Sao Sang and Anh Sao kindergartens.
Primary school block: Maintain Nguyen Trai Primary School and Khuong Dinh Primary School; establish Kim Giang Primary School on the basis of merging Kim Giang Primary School and Ha Dinh Primary School.
Secondary School Block: Establish Khuong Dinh Secondary School on the basis of merging Nguyen Trai Secondary School and Khuong Dinh Secondary School; establish Kim Giang Secondary School on the basis of merging Kim Giang Secondary School and Ha Dinh Secondary School.
