Dak Lak focuses on definitively resolving backlog projects, serving growth goals

On May 20, the Standing Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to thoroughly grasp the documents of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee thoroughly grasped Action Program No. 11 to implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and Action Program No. 09 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing the economic growth target for the period 2026 - 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Accordingly, Action Program No. 11 sets out 12 groups of key tasks and solutions; clearly assigning targets and tasks to each agency, unit, sector and field.

For Action Program No. 09, Dak Lak province sets a goal to achieve "double-digit" economic growth in the period 2026 - 2030, creating a foundation for rapid and sustainable development by 2045.

The program sets out 44 specific tasks and 26 projects prioritizing the use of public investment capital to serve the goal of "double-digit" growth in the period 2026 - 2030.

Speaking to direct at the conference, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested units to concretize directives and resolutions into plans suitable to reality, ensuring the "6 clear" motto including: Clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear authority and "1 throughout" is that each task is only assigned to one person or one organization to implement throughout from beginning to end.

At the same time, attach the responsibility of each individual and agency to the implementation results to serve as a basis for evaluation.

Regarding Action Program No. 11, the Provincial Party Secretary requested all levels and sectors to develop specific operating scenarios by month and week; focus on removing bottlenecks, accelerating disbursement of public investment capital, site clearance and handling of backlog projects to unlock resources for development.

The province will proactively mobilize social resources and prepare well for the province's investment promotion conference scheduled for June 2026.

In addition, the Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee also requested to strengthen budget revenue management, combat revenue loss; improve the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises; arrange and streamline public non-business units; and definitively handle redundant public assets after arrangement in the second quarter of 2026.
