Ms. H'Bliak Nie (Ami Bong) - former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Kuin district - recalled: "In 2007, in my working position, I always set an example, mobilizing people, especially ethnic minorities, to well implement political security, social order and the policy of great national unity. At that time, there were still many poor households in the area, so strengthening national unity was a key task".

Although she retired in 2016, Ms. H'Bliak Nie was still elected as a prestigious person, continuing to encourage people to obey the law, not listen to incitement, and working with the government to maintain political security, develop the economy, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people.
"After more than 30 years of working, I have seen clear changes in the locality, people's lives have improved, infrastructure is spacious, the political system is strong, and many bad customs have been abolished" - Ms. H'Bliak Nie proudly shared.
Mr. Y Gu Kpa, a prestigious person and Head of Tung Thang village (Ea Ral commune, Ea H’leo district), always encourages people to comply with the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws. He plays a key role in maintaining security and order and promoting infrastructure construction in the village, such as renovating the cultural house and repairing roads.
"People in the village are always grateful for the support of the Party and the State. Therefore, many people actively donate land, clear the ground to build roads and welfare works, responding to the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" - Mr. Y Gu Kpa shared.

The journey of construction and development of Dak Lak is a journey full of difficulties and challenges. However, with the determination of the Party, government and people, the province is growing stronger and stronger.

Standing Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha shared: "From a wild land, Dak Lak has risen to become one of the leading developed provinces in the Central Highlands. In the past 10 years, the average economic growth reached 6.15%/year, budget revenue increased by 10.2%/year. Notably, in the period of 2015 - 2024, the province attracted more than 400 projects with a total investment capital of about 98,000 billion VND".
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that in the coming years, the province aims to promote digital transformation and administrative procedure reform. The plan for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030, focuses on four main contents. Including developing digital government, improving the efficiency of state agencies; developing digital economy, increasing competitiveness; building digital society, narrowing the digital gap and developing smart cities.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee - said: "In the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030, we identify economic development as the central task, Party building as the key task. Building a clean, strong, streamlined political system that operates effectively and efficiently. Preserving and developing a culture imbued with national identity is the spiritual foundation of society, creating a driving force for sustainable development. Ensuring national defense and security is an important and regular task".

After 120 years of establishment and development, Dak Lak has now become a fairly developed province in the Central Highlands region. In the period of 2021 - 2024, the average economic growth will reach 7%/year, the average GRDP per capita in 2024 is estimated to reach nearly 75 million VND.
