On June 30, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) held the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
According to Dakruco's 2025 financial report, Dakruco's total assets reached more than 2,407 billion VND, an increase compared to more than 2,368 billion VND at the beginning of the year. Of which, short-term assets reached more than 271 billion VND; long-term assets more than 2,136 billion VND.

Besides the main business activities, the company's financial revenue reached more than VND 88.8 billion, while financial expenses decreased to nearly VND 22 billion, lower than the previous year.
In the period 2026-2030, Dakruco sets a target of total revenue and other income of 5,560.06 billion VND; total estimated expenses of 4,996.40 billion VND; pre-tax profit of 563.66 billion VND and after-tax profit of 477.89 billion VND.
In the next 5 years, Dakruco expects total investment capital for the 2026-2030 period to be about 1,183.6 billion VND. Of which, the enterprise spends 369.99 billion VND to invest in carpentry garden care; 49.71 billion VND to care for durian and coffee gardens at Cu Bao Farm in the direction of high-tech agriculture; 203.77 billion VND to invest in planting and caring for intercropped coffee at Cu M'gar and Phu Xuan farms...

Ms. H'Rứt Êban (worker at 19/8 Farm) said: "Personally, I am raising two young children, my husband does not have a stable income. The whole family only has about 9 million VND in income each month. Hopefully, after the company approves the new development strategy, I personally and ethnic minority workers will improve income, improve the quality of life to stick with the business for a long time".
Mr. Nguyen Minh - General Director of Dakruco assessed that the development strategy in the coming time is not only aimed at increasing revenue and profit but also focuses on the human factor.
Businesses identify workers as an important force creating sustainable development, so they will continue to maintain jobs, increase income, improve working conditions and well implement social security policies. Thereby, contributing to ensuring security and order in the localities where affiliated farms are located.
According to Mr. Minh, especially in ethnic minority areas, where many workers are attached to farms, Dakruco intends to continue to create stable job opportunities, support livelihood development, and contribute to improving the material and spiritual lives of people.
Dakruco currently has a total of about 2,520 employees. Of which, ethnic minority workers are 1,073 people, accounting for over 42% of the total labor force. The number of trade union members is 2,556 people.
