Workers' expectations
In the context of the volatile rubber market, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) is promoting a diversification strategy of investment into the fruit, coffee and deep processing sectors to create new growth momentum.
Currently, Dakruco has 1,073 workers who are ethnic minorities, accounting for more than 42% of the total number of workers; the total number of trade union members is 2,556 people.
According to the 2026 plan, the enterprise aims to exploit nearly 8,773 tons of rubber latex, with total revenue of over 814 billion VND and pre-tax profit of over 91 billion VND.

Besides rubber, high-value agricultural projects are identified as medium and long-term development pillars. At Cu Bao Farm, Dakruco has invested in durian growing areas with an area of more than 136 hectares; in 2026, it is expected to plant nearly 24 hectares, striving to achieve an output of about 700 tons.
Along with that, the rubber-coffee intercropping project will be implemented from 2025 with a scale of more than 759 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 400 billion VND. The enterprise intends to expand the area to about 1,000 hectares by 2028 to optimize land use efficiency and create sustainable cash flow.
Attached to Cu Bao Farm for more than 10 years, Ms. H'Nap Ayun, a worker of Team 1, said that durian is a crop with high economic value, if cared for properly, it will bring good income.

In the period 2026–2030, through joint ventures and cooperation with strategic partners, Dakruco plans to invest in a high-quality coffee processing plant and build a fruit processing plant with a capacity of about 10,000 tons per year.
According to Ms. Dang Thi Hong Tham, worker of Team 2, 19/8 Farm, promoting deep processing is expected to help increase product value from 2 to 5 times, stabilize profit margins and enhance Dakruco's brand position in the agricultural product value chain.
The establishment of Tay Nguyen Agricultural Products Testing and Export Co., Ltd. also opens up job opportunities, contributing to creating stable output for agricultural products of local people.
Creating additional income for workers
Dakruco is gradually transforming its model from a traditional rubber enterprise to high-tech agriculture, associated with deep processing towards sustainable development. At the same time, maintaining international certifications such as ISO, FSC-FM/CoC, VietGAP...
In the period 2026–2030, high-value agricultural projects, deep processing and digital transformation are expected to become new growth drivers, contributing to improving revenue, profit and enterprise value.

Regarding the medium-term development strategy, Mr. Nguyen Minh - General Director of Dakruco said: "Entering 2026, we are determined to expand joint ventures and associations to develop new fields such as testing, exporting agricultural products and processing high-quality coffee.
This is a direction to diversify revenue sources, increase added value and create additional income for workers, especially ethnic minorities”.
Cũng theo ông Nguyễn Minh, trong điều kiện cho phép và được sự đồng thuận của chính quyền địa phương, công ty sẽ mở rộng đầu tư tại Vương quốc Campuchia. Đồng thời, thông qua Công ty DRI, tiếp tục mở rộng đầu tư tại thị trường Lào.
Ông Nguyễn Phú Lập - Phó Chủ tịch Liên đoàn Lao động tỉnh Đắk Lắk - đánh giá: "Trong những năm qua, Dakruco là một trong những đơn vị trong tỉnh triển khai tốt các chương trình phúc lợi, chăm lo cho đoàn viên, người lao động khó khăn.
Mong rằng trong những chiến lược, kế hoạch dài hơi sắp tới, ban giám đốc công ty tiếp tục đặt người lao động làm trọng tâm, cải thiện đời sống, nâng cao thu nhập cho họ".
