On the morning of November 9, residents of Hoa Thuong block, Quang Phu ward (Da Nang city) discovered a male body in the Truong Giang bridge area. Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities were present at the scene to collect and verify the victim's identity.
At noon of the same day, Quang Phu Ward Police identified the victim as Huynh Ngoc Truong Giang (born in 1999, residing in Quy Ngoc block, Quang Phu ward).
The cause of death is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
