At about 8:30 a.m. this morning (September 4), at Fu Rong Hua restaurant, the first floor of building 17T9 Trung Hoa Urban Area (Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi), when the staff opened the door to prepare for the new working day, they discovered a fire in the kitchen. The fire broke out quickly, the staff used fire extinguishers to put out the fire but failed, forcing them to run outside to shout and report the fire.
Mr. Nguyen Van Anh - Head of the security team of Vinasinco Company said that as soon as the fire was discovered, the urban area security force immediately arrived, cutting off electricity, breaking the glass, using foam and spraying water to control it. At the same time, they reported to the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force and the ward police to assist.
After receiving the report, the authorities dispatched 4 fire trucks and specialized equipment to the scene. The fire was later controlled.
Initial information shows that the incident did not cause any human casualties. Currently, the authorities are continuing to check the scene and investigate the cause of the fire.
