On the evening of January 9, at the foot of Pho Moi Bridge (Lao Cai City), according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, this bridge has put on a new, sparkling and brilliant coat.
Through observation, around the bridge, the colorful lighting system shines sparklingly, making this place become a highlight of the city at night.
On the bridge surface, decorative motifs such as the red flag with yellow star and dove also contribute to beautifying Pho Moi bridge at the end of the year.
Not being able to help but be amazed by the beauty of Pho Moi Bridge when it is lit up, Mr. Pham Van Son (Lao Cai city) shared: “This bridge was installed with a decorative lighting system before Tet, making it look extremely brilliant. This will be a unique highlight of the city at night.”
Ms. Nguyen Thi Linh (a tourist from Yen Bai) said that Pho Moi Bridge is decorated with lights, making the surrounding space look different and new. When looking at the bridge from afar, the multi-colored lighting system looks like it is performing a beautiful light show.
Through research, the project of lighting system and decorative electricity for Pho Moi bridge not only aims to ensure traffic safety and create urban environmental landscape, but also aims to become a tourist attraction for tourists and city residents.
It is known that after dismantling 46 existing lighting poles, the construction unit will install a 150W LED lighting system, integrated with a 5-level Dimmer control device.
The pattern hanging system on the column is installed about 5m from the bridge deck, made of aluminum composite panels, the surface of the pattern is high-quality and has outdoor decals.
The decorative lighting system uses 150W LED lights to illuminate the bridge pillars, 9W LED spot lights along the bridge wall, LED strip lights mounted on street lamp posts, and 100W LED lights to illuminate the bridge girders. The light strips are controlled for effect through a one-way light controller.
The project is invested by Lao Cai City Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total investment of 14.9 billion VND. The construction unit is Long Phu Investment and Service Joint Stock Company.
On January 10, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, Deputy Director of Lao Cai City Construction Investment Project Management Board Vu Quoc Trung said: "The project to install lighting and decorative electricity systems for Pho Moi Bridge is not only about installing lights but also replacing lamp posts and repainting and changing the color of the entire bridge. We are urging the construction unit to speed up the progress to try to complete it before January 25."
