The Project to Build Technical Infrastructure for Bai Ba 2 Industrial Cluster Resettlement Area in Zone 2, Zone 3, Chi Tien commune, Thanh Ba district - was previously approved by the Chairman of Thanh Ba People's Committee according to Decision No. 1378/QD-UBND dated June 4, 2024.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of 38 billion VND, invested and constructed by Phu Tho Land Fund Development Center in Chi Tien commune.
According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, on January 28, the investor issued a decision approving the contractor selection results of Package No. 10: Construction and installation of project equipment.
Package No. 10 was widely bid through the network, with a price of more than 34.2 billion VND from the compensation and site clearance funds of Bai Ba 2 Industrial Cluster project, along with other legal capital sources.
According to the approval decision, Tu Lap Construction Co., Ltd. is the contractor that won the above-mentioned construction package with a price of more than 33.9 billion VND.
According to project documents, package No. 10 will include items such as: Leveling, construction of traffic routes (according to urban road standards), rainwater/wastewater drainage system, water supply, fire water supply, retaining walls, electricity supply, lighting.
The completion deadline for package No. 10 is 330 days from the date the contract takes effect.
Regarding Bai Ba 2 industrial cluster, it was approved for establishment by Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1288/QD-UBND dated June 8, 2021.
Bai Ba 2 industrial cluster has a scale of 75ha, built in Son Cuong and Chi Tien communes of the old Thanh Ba district, adjacent to Bai Ba industrial cluster in Dong Thanh commune.
This industrial cluster is invested and built with full technical infrastructure such as: Transportation, ground leveling, electricity supply, water supply and drainage, environmental sanitation - total cost over 450 billion VND.
The establishment of Bai Ba 2 industrial cluster will create conditions to attract investment, and at the same time contribute to shifting the labor structure from agriculture to industry; increasing people's income; promoting socio-economic development in the locality.
