The project to repair damaged roadbeds, surfaces and works in the section Km62+100 - Km80 and Km88 - Km95+700, National Highway 4C, old Ha Giang province (now Tuyen Quang province) was approved by the Vietnam Road Administration (now under the Ministry of Construction) under Decision No. 3864/QD-CDBVN dated October 31, 2024.
This is a Group C project with a total investment of nearly 70.7 billion VND, the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province is currently the project investor (previously the Department of Transport of Ha Giang province and then the Department of Construction of Ha Giang province).
According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province recently announced the invitation for bids for the Project Package: Construction (including traffic authority costs + contingency) of the project.
The above construction package was widely bid online, priced at more than VND65.2 billion from the state budget (the source of funding for road economic activities).
In the coming time, after the results of contractor selection, the construction unit will repair local damages to the road surface; reinforce the sidewalk, widen the road surface and asphalt concrete pavement; repair and supplement the drainage system and traffic safety system within the repair area of the section Km62+100 - Km80 and Km88 - Km95+700, National Highway 4C section passing through the old Ha Giang province.
For the roadbed and surface, the contractor will carry out local repair of damaged areas with light hammer subsidence, peeling, cracking turtle feathers; locations with severe hammer subsidence, potholes; locations with rubber damage, subsidence, and completely damaged road surfaces.
For the roadbed and road surface damaged over the width of the section Km68+240.45 - Km68+289.47; Km74+552.71 - Km74+60049; Km93+585.59 - Km93+613.58; total length 124.79m: After locally damaged repair, the entire road surface will be reinforced with a layer of crushed stone and water layer over 10cm thick; 1 layer of plastic standard leaves 1.8 kg/m2. The area is about 759.23m2.
Along with that, the package will also construct the connection of crossroads, intersections and sidewalks (feedering sidewalks; repairing drainage systems; repairing and adding vertical ditches; repairing drainage culverts; constructing traffic safety systems; ensuring traffic safety during construction).
The package implementation period is 180 days.
The project is invested with the goal of ensuring traffic and drainage of the project, limiting increased damage to the road surface, while increasing the exploitation capacity and life of the project.
