This un-cleared area is located in Le Thuy district (Quang Binh province). According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Le Thuy district, it is expected that by January 10, the last 50m of this area will be cleared. Currently, the households have agreed to hand it over themselves.

Once the site is handed over and an investor is selected, the construction unit will begin construction. Regarding progress, it is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, and by April 30, 2025, there will be a temporary rest stop for people.
