Reporting at the conference, the leader of Vo Cuong ward said that the investment project to build technical infrastructure and auxiliary works of Van Mieu Park has a total investment of more than 691 billion VND, with implementation progress from 2024 - 2027.
The project is built on an area of about 4.7 hectares, divided into 3 areas.
On July 16, 2025, the People's Committee of Vo Cuong Ward approved the first phase of compensation, support and resettlement plan for the project with a total area of over 10,000 m2, the number of households with recovered land is 48 households, the total compensation and support cost is over 361 billion VND. To date, Kinh Bac Land Fund Development Center Branch has paid 3/48 households with a budget of more than 11 billion VND.
Regarding investment and construction, up to now, Zone 1 has implemented construction and completed 85%; expected to be completed in July 2025. Areas No. 2 and 3 are under construction; expected to start construction in August 2025 and be completed in December 2025.
During the project implementation, there were some difficulties and problems due to some cases where additional documents have not been completed to develop a compensation and support plan and no consensus has been reached on relocating resettlement locations; part of the area within the administrative boundaries of the old Tien Ninh Ve ward (now Kinh Bac ward) has not been handed over to the investor; investment capital has not been disbursed because the units do not have account codes...
Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi affirmed that this is a particularly important project, of interest to Party and State leaders and that General Secretary To Lam personally attended the groundbreaking ceremony in January 2025.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the province has committed to the General Secretary that it will basically complete the project's construction items in December 2025, so the project investor needs to urgently direct contractors to speed up the construction progress of packages to ensure quality, safety and technical and aesthetic aspects; conduct weekly progress counting and regular work reports.
Particularly for items in the Uncle Ho Temple area invested with socialized sources, focusing on implementing and completing the designs of lotus ponds and bridges to the Temple according to the approved plan.
The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also requested Vo Cuong ward to urge investors to implement investment projects to build resettlement housing areas for technical infrastructure projects and auxiliary works of the Temple of Literature Park.
Regarding the proposals and recommendations, Mr. Le Xuan Loi agreed to complete the Council for selecting the architectural design and art of relief. At the same time, it is recommended that the Department of Finance study and issue documents guiding procedures related to budget allocation to implement the project in accordance with regulations.
