Recorded on October 15, the contractor is speeding up the construction progress of the Ly Tu Trong road upgrade and expansion project, from Binh Chuan intersection to Tan Khanh bridge.
This is a project invested by the Binh Duong Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The project to upgrade and expand the road is 2,678 m long. The project is implemented along the existing route, arranged according to the planning of the provincial transport system with the starting point at Binh Chuan intersection, the end point is 50m from Tan Khanh bridge towards the existing DT746 road.

The cross-section of the completed phase is 32m (scale from the heart to each side is 16m). The existing Tan Khanh Bridge is being repaired and expanded to the left side of a new bridge with a width of 7.45m and to the right side of a new bridge with a width of 12.05m to ensure the bridge width.
According to records, the direction from Binh Chuan intersection to Tan Khanh bridge has been relocated and the sewer road has been completed. The construction unit is spreading rocks and rolling the roadbed.
Meanwhile, in the opposite direction, units are actively relocating the power grid and dismantling works within the clearance area. When the site is returned, the construction unit will install a drainage system.

Expanding the route through large residential areas
According to the record, the above project is an important traffic route connecting Thuan An city with the former Tan Uyen city. The road passes through a large residential area, houses are close together and there are many industrial production companies. However, the road is still narrow, and in previous years the road was damaged and degraded. In 2019, the road was repaired, but the scale of the road is still small compared to the development of residents and businesses on both sides.

The project has been adjusted many times, in 2022, it will continue to approve project adjustments with a total investment capital of over 1,000 billion VND. The project started in November 2024, with a construction period of 540 days, expected to be completed in April 2026.
