PHAN TUẤN |

Dak Lak - The Buon Ma Thuot Eastern bypass project with a total capital of more than VND1,800 billion has been completed over 90% of the volume, expected to be ready for completion.

The Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, the section avoiding the East of Buon Ma Thuot, is one of two key traffic projects registered by Dak Lak province to be completed in 2025. Thereby, practically welcoming the 14th National Party Congress.

The Ho Chi Minh Road project, the section avoiding the East of Buon Ma Thuot (Dak Lak), has a total capital of more than VND1,800 billion from the central budget, with a length of more than 39km. The project is invested by the Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic Works and Rural Development.

In particular, the 113m long section of the first intersection with National Highway 14 (the section passing through the old Cuor Dang commune) has encountered many difficulties in site handover due to affecting 64 households, slowing down the project's progress.

With the drastic participation of the political system, on October 9, the household finally agreed to hand over the site, creating an important turning point to help investors and contractors focus human and material resources to speed up construction.

Mr. Le Duy Tuan, Commander of the East bypass of Buon Ma Thuot City (An Nguyen Company Limited - the contractor of package No. 03), said that after having a clean site, the Company mobilized all its efforts and the highest determination to complete this key location.

At the 113m long intersection alone, we mobilized nearly 20 equipment and a team of experienced human resources, working continuously, taking advantage of every hour of sunshine. If the weather is favorable, this location will be completed in November 2025.

As of October 7, the Eastern bypass project of Buon Ma Thuot City has reached nearly 90% of the output value. In addition to the Cuor Dang intersection under construction, other items such as service roads, drainage ditches, and traffic safety systems are being urgently completed.

Mr. Tran Tien Dong, Director of the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board, said that the Eastern bypass project of Buon Ma Thuot City is currently under construction with the highest urgency.

Contractors have mobilized maximum human and material resources, taking advantage of favorable weather to work in three shifts and four teams, determined to complete on schedule.
