The People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a document directing the improvement of the operational efficiency of the Public Administration Service Centers (TPVHCC) at the commune level.
Through the implementation of the two-level local government model, the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province have proactively carried out their tasks, ensuring the settlement of administrative procedures smoothly and without interruption.
In particular, the commune-level administrative units play an important role, being the department directly receiving, consulting, guiding, supervising and urging the settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses.
To continue promoting the role of these centers, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards to focus on arranging a team of cadres and civil servants with capacity, responsibility, and professional knowledge to operate the center effectively.
In addition, it is necessary to ensure regularly having civil servants on duty at the center; invest in and upgrade facilities and equipment to facilitate people to complete procedures.
Centers are also required to publicly post a complete list of administrative procedures; arrange seats, drinking water, wifi, air conditioners, fans and other service conditions, creating a civilized and friendly environment.
At the same time, cadres, civil servants and public employees must uphold a sense of responsibility, be dedicated to serving the people, and strictly follow the procedures for receiving and handling administrative records in accordance with regulations.
On the side of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the task of strengthening coordination and supporting commune-level centers in operations, ensuring connection and connectivity of databases; assigning unit staff to support and promptly remove difficulties and problems for communes and wards.
