Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do has just signed Decision No. 2210/QD-UBND on supplementing funding in 2025 for units to ensure facilities and materials for the arrangement, organization of the apparatus, administrative units and building a model of local government at 2 levels.
According to the decision, the total additional budget is 65 billion VND, from the central budget supplemented with targets for local budgets in Decision No. 1353/QD-TTg dated June 25, 2025 and Decision No. 1953/QD-TTg dated September 10, 2025 of the Prime Minister.
The amount of 65 billion VND will be allocated to 35 communes in the province. According to the decision, 30 communes will receive a funding level of 1.857 billion VND/commune, and 5 communes will receive a funding level of 1.858 billion VND/commune.
This Decision takes effect from September 26, 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the State Treasury of Region X to import and approve the estimate in accordance with current law.
Units with additional funding are responsible for managing, using and settling the supplemented funding sources in accordance with current regulations of the State Budget Law and other relevant guiding documents.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also loves units to direct timely, effective implementation, correct purpose, expenditure content, standard regimes and implementation of thrift, not allowing loss of state resources, waste, negativity and group interests.
