The Northeast wind is strong in the southern seas. Above, the subtropical high pressure has an axis through the Central region. The high-altitude East wind disturbance will gradually weaken in the Southern region.

Weather forecast for the next 3-10 days, the continental cold high pressure will be stable, around November 24-25, it will strengthen its orientation to the East and return to the North of our country.

The Northeast wind will be strong in the southern seas, from November 24 the wind will gradually decrease in intensity. Above, the subtropical high pressure has an axis through the Central region, and will weaken around November 26. From around November 26-27, there is a possibility of a tropical cyclone appearing in the East Sea.

Therefore, the Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. From November 21-23, the high tide will still be above alert level 3, then gradually decrease. It is necessary to be on guard against flooding on roads and low-lying areas caused by high tides.
