Dak Lak - The working group of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee vehicles has set up a long line to cover and support people to overcome the fast-flowing floodwaters.

On the morning of November 21, a working group led by Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Luong Minh Triet traveled to flooded areas to support people.

When the convoy arrived at the Tay Hoa - Hoa Binh inter-commune road, in the Phu Thu culvert area, the floodwaters overflowed strongly, causing difficulties for pedestrians and motorbikes.

Here, the convoy of cars joined in a long line, forming a "fence" to block the waves. Thereby, allowing people to stick to and move through the flooded section safely.

According to the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command, many roads in Hoa Thinh commune were cut off and many residential areas were isolated. The army force had to use large capacity machinery to approach isolated areas, rescue people and ensure safety of life.

The Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary is trying to reach evacuated areas to visit and encourage people in flooded areas.
