Mr. Bui Tan Cong - Vice Chairman of Tam Ky Ward People's Committee assessed that in the context of the labor market entering an accelerating phase, the demand for high-quality human resources and unskilled labor has both skyrocketed. Organizing direct transactions right in the ward area helps people save travel costs, and at the same time "freeze" risks from job scam traps in cyberspace.

Holding a dossier that had just completed an interview at a booth of an electronics business, Mr. Tran Van Hung (34 years old, residing in Tam Ky ward) shared:
